Drugs in the Workplace
The increasingly widespread availability of illegal drugs can lead to experimental,
recreational and dependent use, which in turn may affect an individual's ability to do their job effectively. It is important
that all businesses are aware of the potential impact of drugs to their bottom line, and have in place an effective and robust
workplace policy that clearly outlines a company's rules and procedures for dealing with substance misuse.

Nightclubs / Entertainment Venues
Operational work within the entertainment industry as shown us that the deterrent
value of a drug detection dog working such premises can reduce the use of drugs by as much as 90%.
Drug dealing in nightclubs and other venues is often accompanied by intimidation,
violence and disruption. Door entry drug screening is a positive step to reducing the incidence of drugs on licensed premises
and can be done in two ways:
1. DOOR SUPERVISORS who undertake ‘hands on’ searches; this is time consuming,
inconvenient to customers not involved in drugs and does not guarantee a high success rate in finding drugs, to search
a que of about 400 people would take 3 to 4 hours
2. DRUG DETECTION DOGS work at the point of entry
to a premises with a handler; they provide a visible deterrent and are capable of screening hundreds of customers an hour
with a 100% detection rate, with zero inconvenience to those not involved in drugs
We can provide fully trained dogs and handlers who will work in conjunction with
your management and security teams to identify and deal discretely with customers in possession of drugs
All our dogs work on a lead or harness, and are
trained on detection of all illegal substances, to sit ( passive response ). The dog makes no contact with the person carrying
the drugs
